Balz, Inc. has office hours of 8:00 am to 5:00 pm EST. This means that someone is literally sitting in a seat waiting to speak to, email to or fax to, you our valuable customer.

Outside of our office hours we can still be reached by calling our telephone number, sending us a fax or by email. Our telephones, fax and email are all monitored 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. That includes all major holidays. This enables our clients in all other time zones to know that their needs also can be met.
